My very favorite place to go. Great family owned business and awesome breakfast and lunch burritos. Homemade tortillas and hot sauce. (get the green). Eat here. I do everytime I'm in Hobbs.

No nonsense breakfast burrito place!
Even though it has changed over the years, they still produce the best burritos in Hobbs.
Be patient, even call in your order is the best. I enjoy the wait as a chance to watch the ladies work their magic. -

Very friendly staff. Food was quick. I ordered a Grampy came out to 6$. It had eggs, bacon, cheese, sausage, and potatoes. It was very filling. Great for grabbing on the go.

Wowza. First things first, I want to give a shoutout to the fluffiest, most delicious tortillas I ever did have. Finding Nipa Hut was a treat! (Thanks Yelp!!!) As I explored the town of Hobbs, I was curious to see what it offered and I came across this gem. A true hole in the wall, I missed my turn the first time when I drove here. It is next door to a stripes, where there is an ATM if you forgot your cash. There is a $2.50 fee though, FYI, but I just had to do it because my stomach was not in the mood to drive 10 minutes to the nearest Chase ATM.
As you walk in, you are greeted by smiley servers. It seems like they are a very tight knit family. The kitchen behind is very open, so you can peep what they are working on. Everyone is very sincere and friendly! I felt very welcome. The walls are a bright turquoise which exudes cheer.
I didn't know what to order, so I read the reviews like a good yelp elite would do, and opted for the Grumpy burrito because it was mentioned a few times. I called ahead, which saves you time, even though it was 10 minutes away from my hotel. I received my burrito fresh and hot. The cheese, egg, potato, meat were scrambled in one goodness of a breakfast burrito. I also got their homemade green salsa which was off the hook - I had to get a second one! My meal in total, with a soda, was a little more than $7.
Affordable, delicious and authentic, Nipa Hut is a gamechanger for breakfast burritos! I can't wait until I go back. -
